Responsibilities
Prepare and file monthly and annual tax returns, including Corporate Income Tax (in coordination with tax consultants), VAT, and Withholding Taxes (Art. 21, 23, 26, 4(2)), as well as managing document filing.
Ensure accurate calculations and timely payment of all tax obligations to avoid administrative penalties.
Perform monthly tax reconciliations between tax reports and the general ledger to ensure data integrity.
Manage e-Faktur issuance and document all taxable transactions.
Represent the company during tax audits, including preparing supporting documents and providing explanations to tax auditors.
Assist in drafting formal responses to tax clarification letters (SP2DK) and letters of objection/appeal.
Analyze audit findings and implement corrective actions to minimize future tax risks.
Research and analyze changes in tax regulations to assess their impact on company operations, including maintaining digital records according to statutory retention periods.
Identify tax-saving opportunities by legally utilizing applicable tax incentives, credits, and deductions.
Support the preparation of Transfer Pricing Documentation (TP Doc) and ensure compliance with the arm’s length principle when required.
Requirements
Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Taxation or Accounting.
At least 2 year of working experience in accounting and tax
Handle and update with Indonesian Tax Regulations: Corporate Income Tax (CIT), VAT (PPN), and Withholding Tax (PPh 21, 23, 26, 4(2).
Proficient in Tax Software: Coretax, E-Faktur, e-Bupot, e-SPT, and DJP Online.
Experience with SAP or other ERP systems.
Experience with SAP or other ERP systems.
Deep understanding of General Tax Provisions (UU KUP), Tax Regulation Harmonization Law (UU HPP), and the latest regulations from the Directorate General of Taxes (DJP).
Having Brevet A & B certifications is a
Must
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
Required Language (s): Bahasa Indonesia, English.
Must be domiciled in Jakarta.
