Job Responsibilities

Be responsible for the operation planning of different vertical accounts, analyze the popular content of the platform, and plan the direction of the account.

Responsible for account topic planning, content creative conception, and production of popular content.

Analyze and review the account data, and correct the posting strategy.

Independently complete the re-creation production of short videos such as film and television variety shows.

Conduct high‑quality promotion and editing of the content stipulated in the business.

Conduct pre‑advertising on short videos and be responsible for the pre‑advertising effect of short videos.

Job Requirements

Bachelor degree or above, major in directing, advertising, film and television, media or related fields, with more than one year of experience in Internet operation.

Have TikTok account operation experience, sensitive to We Media related data, able to analyze account data in various dimensions, and plan account direction accordingly.

Have good copywriting skills and scripting experience; (scripting ability).

Have experience in short video shooting and proficient in the use of photography equipment; (photography ability).

Have experience in short video post production, proficient in using software such as PR, AE, PS, etc., and have other special effects and editing software that have been lightly tested; (video editing ability).

Proficient in English (verbal and written)
