PROJECT PROCUREMENT MANAGEMENT

Position description: As single point of contact between project management team and the corporate Supply Chain Team for materials, services and logistics matter. This position will be responsible to develop strategize techniques to deliver outputs within the required budget limitations and timetables.

Primary Responsibilities: To understand the project’s deliverables and priorities and deliver the same on time by creating a winning strategy Develop the necessary procedures required for the project with necessary coordination with all stakeholders Coordinate the effort for purchase of materials and services along with transportation for project material ensuring on time delivery with compliance on all procedures Expedite all the relevant parties including engineering, construction, Supply Chain and vendor/subcontractor to ensure the project requirements are met Develop cash-flow forecast and actual plans for the project Maintain external confidentiality and internal transparency in the bidding process with highest importance given to the companies values on ethics and integrity; Maintain & update reports of inquiries and expediting and provide the same on weekly basis;

Requirements: Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or related field Min. 8 years of experience in Procurement Management or Project Management Prior knowledge of ERP system would be beneficial, especially in SAP-MM Good understanding of Terms and Conditions of purchase & subcontracting Strong understanding of legal and regulatory requirements Good Knowledge in Procurement operations, including sourcing, negotiating terms, purchasing items, receiving and inspecting goods as necessary and keeping records of all the steps in the process. Ability to work unsupervised and unassisted, but with frequent status reporting to relevant parties Able to identify a potential problems in advance and present action plans to mitigate risks Good language skills (reading, speaking, writing) in Bahasa Indonesia and English Flexibility to travel when necessary to expedite different parties
