Four Seasons Resort Bali at Jimbaran Bay is located on the southern tip of the island of Bali on the northeast slopes of the Bukit peninsula. Luxuriously appointed private villas are built into a gently terraced hillside named Bukit Permai, which means \"beautiful hill\". About The Role The Resort Assistant Manager represents Management in all aspects in particularly in the absence of General Manager or Department Heads. He/She is responsible for taking care of resort guest and employee requirements and/or handling their problems or complaints in a satisfactory manner. In this regard, he/she has the authority to take the necessary corrective action to solve this problems and complaints as they arise. Any action taken will be accepted and followed up accordingly by the respective Department Heads. However all actions by the Resort Assistant Manager must be justified to the General Manager. What You Will Do By being available in the lobby area, the resort assistant manager is available to handle guest requirements and answer calls requesting his assistance. Makes unscheduled tours of the resort and various departments, checking on security and supervision, particularly during evening, night and early morning. Able to check guest in and out via OPERA system in an efficient manner, using guest name whenever possible. Ensure guest experiences (GE) are properly followed up, liase with other departments if necessary and update the GE database upon completion. Able to assist other departments during crunch situations. Supervises the staff of the entire hotel during the overnight shift. Works closely with the staff from all departments to ensure that standards are being met. Responds to a wide variety of guest requests by accurately assessing the guest needs and requests and then adding personal recommendations and touches to achieve maximum customer satisfaction while complying with all Four Seasons’ policies. Ensures communications and follow-up with day shift on any problems, guest requests or special requirements. Takes action in all matters related to the safety, security, satisfaction and well being of hotel guests and employees without requiring special direction. Responds swiftly and effectively in any hotel emergency or safety situation

What You Bring Minimum 2 years’ experience in the same level or previous experience in a luxury hotel or resort. Solid understanding of Front Office, Housekeeping, and F&B operations. Strong leadership and organization skill. Excellent communication; reading, writing, and oral proficiency in the English language. Knowledge of other foreign languages is a plus. Guest-focused mindset with strong service orientation. Have good administration and computer skill (Excel, Word) or other Food & Beverage computer system. Must be flexible with schedule - Able to work weekdays, weekends, and holidays shifts Strong problem-solving skills, ability to handle difficult situations and guests. Degree or Diploma in Hotel Management are preferred.
