Conversion Copywriter (Direct Response – eCommerce)

Role Overview We are hiring a

full-time, remote Conversion Copywriter

to craft persuasive, high-impact copy designed to drive action across email, SMS, paid advertising, and website messaging. This role requires strong persuasive writing skill, sharp audience awareness, and the ability to consistently deliver high-performing copy inside a fast-moving agency environment. This is not a brand storytelling role. This is performance-driven writing with measurable outcomes. Final candidates will complete a brief writing assessment prior to an offer.

Salary : $2,000 - $,3000 (Monthly)

Key Responsibilities Write performance-driven copy for email campaigns, SMS messaging, paid social ads, and website/landing pages Develop strong hooks, angles, and psychological framing that encourage immediate action Craft messaging with clarity, urgency, and buyer decision-making in mind Edit and refine copy for conciseness, intent, and conversion impact Self-manage deadlines across multiple projects simultaneously Communicate early and clearly when clarification or direction is needed Collaborate closely with creative and marketing teams to ensure efficient production workflows Proofread and polish final creative assets prior to client-facing review Operate effectively within weekly production timelines and cross-functional handoffs Requirements: Resume in English. Native or near-native English proficiency (spoken and written) 3 years of experience working in copywriting for an agency. Strong persuasive writing ability with direct-response orientation Experience writing for eCommerce or DTC brands Comfortable writing for performance channels including email, SMS, and paid ads Ability to write with strategic intent rather than generic descriptive language Strong self-editing discipline and attention to detail Proven track record of meeting deadlines without constant supervision Familiarity with performance marketing principles and buyer psychology Comfortable working in a structured, deadline-driven agency environment
