Maintenance Manager

Analyse maintenance requirement based on each asset type and DCI's requirement (Effectiveness, Efficiency & zero waste)

Develop a Maintenance Strategy with a focus on Industry 4.0 standard

Plan the yearly maintenance calendar with customer focus in mind

Ensure maintenance is done as per the schedule and in a timely manner

Liaising with vendor (including review maintenance report) and customer (related to maintenance scope), coordinates daily with a multitude of third‑party vendors ensuring adherence to contracted SLAs

Asset management – ensure our assets are all running smoothly

Spare part / inventory analysis – ensure critical spare part are available

Oversee all aspects of the data center's critical physical infrastructure. Ensure that all work performed within the space is done to high quality and without impact to internal/external customers

Effectively and efficiently manage the operations budget and expenditures

Requirements

University Degree from a reputable local or overseas university, related to mechanical or electrical fields

At least 5 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position

Significant work experience in maintenance asset planning and scheduling functions

Experience in managing, communicating, and dealing with vendors and contracts

An equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered

General mechanical & electrical knowledge

Environmental awareness

Excellent in English both oral and written is a must

Willing to learn, energetic, proactive, and good intercommunication skills. Detail‑oriented personality

Willing to travel for work with working location basis in Bekasi Regency, West Java
