Creative Lead

Who We Are Feazer (www.feazer.com) is an on-demand design services studio, providing businesses with high-quality creative solutions. We support various clients with their digital, print, branding, presentation, illustration, web design, and motion design needs.

As we continue to grow, we are looking for a Creative Lead to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity to lead a talented group of designers, shape design direction, and contribute to building a high-performing creative environment.

What You Will Do: Lead and mentor a team of designers across multiple disciplines (graphic, motion, digital, branding). Oversee the creation and execution of marketing and brand assets across print, digital, UI, presentation, and other formats. Ensure design outputs consistently align with client brand guidelines and meet quality standards. Manage multiple projects, timelines, and creative deliverables with efficiency and clarity. Collaborate with internal teams (including project managers and operations) to streamline design workflows and improve creative output.

Experience & Qualifications: 5+ years of experience in design leadership roles, ideally in a fast-paced agency or in-house team. Proven track record of mentoring and managing designers with diverse skill sets. Strong portfolio showcasing versatility in design execution and creative direction. Background in graphic design, art direction, or related creative field.

Required Skills: Mastery of core design principles (layout, typography, branding, visual hierarchy). Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite and other relevant design tools. Strategic thinker with strong visual and conceptual problem-solving skills. Exceptional communication skills and ability to provide clear, constructive feedback. Resilient, adaptable, and committed to quality in a fast-moving environment. Fluent in English (both written and spoken).
