Role Description
This is a full-time, contract-based, on-site position located in Jakarta CBD for a Customer Service Representative.
As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for handling client inquiries and resolving customer concerns while delivering high-quality service. You will manage daily client interactions to ensure a high level of satisfaction, monitor feedback, and contribute to improving the overall customer experience.
In this role, you will play an important part in creating a welcoming, professional, and supportive workspace environment for our clients.

Experience and skilled in Customer Service, Customer Support, and providing excellent Customer Satisfaction
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to manage and resolve customer inquiries effectively and efficiently
Proactive problem-solving skills and a customer-focused mindset
Capable of multitasking and handling a fast-paced work environment
Proficiency in relevant software tools and office technology
Prior experience in the office solutions or hospitality industry is a plus
