Position required: Finance Accounting Staff - Mandarin Speaker Job Description:

A Finance & Accounting.

They ensure compliance, accuracy, and timely reporting while supporting audits and tax preparations.

Key Responsibilities (Jobdesk):

Accounting Functions:

Creating financial journals, maintaining general ledgers, and preparing financial statements.

Finance Functions:

Managing cash flow, processing payments/receipts, and handling petty cash.

Reconciliation:

Reconciling bank accounts and ensuring accurate data input into accounting systems (ERP).

Reporting:

Providing daily, weekly, or monthly financial data and reports for management.

Documentation:

Verifying, documenting, and archiving financial transactions.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Education:

Typically Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or equivalent.

Technical Skills:

Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel.

Core Skills:

Strong attention to detail, accuracy in numerical calculations, and knowledge of accounting principles (PSAK).

Soft Skills:

Analytical thinking, honesty, and ability to meet deadlines.

Domicile:

Residing in East Halmahera, North Maluku (preferred), or willing to be placed in East Halmahera, North Maluku.
