Hiring: Business Analyst – Fintech

Fintop Consulting has partnered with a global FX & CFD firm seeking a Business Analyst to support the development of innovative financial products from concept through to implementation.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys analysing market opportunities, defining product functionality, and contributing to the evolution of financial solutions.

Key Responsibilities: ▪️ Gather and define product requirements with stakeholders ▪️ Analyse competitor offerings to identify enhancement opportunities ▪️ Create product mockups and workflows ▪️ Develop detailed functional & technical documentation ▪️ Define system behaviour and user interactions ▪️ Prepare product documentation and manuals ▪️ Support improvement of existing solutions

Requirements: ✔️ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills ✔️ Clear and structured communication style ✔️ Understanding of the

software development lifecycle ✔️

Experience in FX, brokerage, or trading environments ✔️ Professional English proficiency (C1) ✔️ Russian language proficiency required
