Key Responsibilities
Conduct user requirement gathering and initial assessments.
Translate business needs into functional documentation (FSD/Blueprint).
Communicate user requirements to the technical/development team.
Perform system testing and validation.
Support software implementation.
Deliver training and user guidance.
Prepare and maintain user manuals and functional documentation.
Provide post-implementation support and troubleshooting.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Informatics, Accounting, Management, or related fields.
3–5 years of experience as a Software Functional Consultant, Business Analyst, or System Analyst
Strong experience in user requirement analysis and business process mapping
Proven ability to produce FSD / Blueprint / functional documentation
Able to communicate effectively with business users and technical teams
Experience in system testing, implementation, and user training
Familiar with SDLC, UML/use case, and basic SQL
Good understanding of project timelines and deliverables
Experience in FSI / banking / insurance systems is a strong advantage
Analytical, communicative, adaptive, and able to work well in a team
