Quality Control

team, a critical function that ensures every stage of production meets established quality standards and regulatory requirements. The QC team plays a vital role in safeguarding product consistency, safety, and compliance across our cosmetic manufacturing operations.

Get to Know the Role As a

QC IPC Supervisor , you will lead and oversee in-process quality control activities on the production floor. You will ensure that all production processes consistently meet quality specifications, GMP standards, and customer expectations. In this role, you will act as a key bridge between Production, QA, and R&D to maintain product integrity while supporting operational efficiency.

What You’ll Do? Supervise and ensure all In-Process Control (IPC) activities are carried out in accordance with SOPs, GMP, and company quality standards. Lead and coordinate the QC IPC team in conducting inspections during the production process. Ensure quality parameters (pH, viscosity, weight, organoleptic properties, stability, etc.) comply with established specifications. Review and approve inspection results and QC IPC reports. Identify and analyze deviations/non-conformities and initiate corrective and preventive actions (CAPA). Collaborate with Production, R&D, and QA teams to ensure smooth production processes while maintaining quality standards. Provide regular training, coaching, and performance evaluations to the QC IPC team. Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the in-process quality control system. Ensure readiness for internal and external audits related to IPC processes. Prepare periodic reports on production quality performance for management review. Conduct verification of document completeness and inspect machine and room cleanliness before and after the packaging process. Perform product inspection and sampling at the beginning, middle, and end of the packaging process in accordance with established specifications and AQL standards.

Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Pharmacy, Food Technology, Chemical Engineering, or a related field. Minimum 3 years of experience in Quality Control, with at least 1 years in a leadership/supervisory role (preferably in cosmetics, FMCG, or manufacturing industry). Strong understanding of GMP, cosmetic Good Manufacturing Practices, and quality management systems. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience handling deviations and CAPA processes. Proven leadership, communication, and team management skills. Able to work under production targets and tight deadlines. Detail-oriented, firm, and highly committed to maintaining quality standards. Proficient in operating laboratory equipment and understanding end-to-end production processes. Willing to work in Tangerang City, Banten.
