Dealer Planning & Development Manager

Chery Indonesia is the local subsidiary of Chery Automobile Co., Ltd., a leading Chinese automotive company specializing in the manufacturing and distribution of passenger vehicles. This opportunity is for one of our newest and most exciting sub-brands, born to play.

Responsibilities: Identify and secure new dealer partners by evaluating potential dealer groups and strategic locations to lead network expansion across Indonesia. Conduct dealer feasibility and capability assessments, including financial strength, operational capability, and market potential. Lead the development of new outlets, ensuring construction progress, layout implementation, facility readiness, and standardization meet company standards. Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to ensure smooth dealer expansion. Manage documentation and approval processes related to dealer network development, including LIO submissions, internal approvals, and reporting to management.

Requirements: Minimum 5 years of experience in dealer network development, retail channel expansion, or business development within the automotive industry. Strong network and connections with potential dealer groups in Indonesia. Solid understanding of project development processes, including outlet measurement, layout review, AutoCAD drawings, and network standardization. Excellent negotiation skills, target-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Fluent in Indonesian and English; Mandarin is a strong advantage.
