Marketing Sales Executive . Key Responsibilities

Actively develop and manage a portfolio of import/export clients through networking and direct sales activities Identify and pursue new business opportunities across

ocean freight for Export & Import Build and maintain strong relationships with

shipping lines and customers Manage the full sales cycle, including prospecting, client meetings, quotations, negotiations, and closing Work closely with internal operations teams to ensure smooth execution and customer satisfaction Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to overall company growth Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in any field Proficient in

spoken and written English Minimum

1–2 years of experience

in the

freight forwarding or shipping industry , focusing on ocean freight Existing network of

importers/exporters or logistics clients in Indonesia

is highly desirable Key Requirements

Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills Self‑motivated, target‑driven, and results‑oriented Ability to work independently as well as part of a team Confident in meeting clients from small, medium, and large companies Willing to travel locally for client meetings when required What We Offer
