Since our establishment, we have collaborated with 100+ brands and guided over 3,000 individuals, professionals, and influencers in discovering their most impactful image and personal brand. As we continue to expand our corporate partnerships and education programs, we are seeking a driven and strategic Business Development Executive to grow with us.

Role Description This role is ideal for a commercially minded professional who thrives in consultative selling and relationship building. You will manage inbound leads, develop client relationships, and drive revenue across two primary segments: Corporate clients (events, workshops, brand activations) Individual clients (professional masterclasses & certification programs) You are expected to understand our offerings deeply, identify client needs through structured probing, and recommend tailored solutions aligned with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities Manage and qualify inbound leads across corporate and education segments Conduct discovery calls and consultative sales meetings Present suitable solutions, proposals, and pricing structures Maintain consistent follow-ups to drive conversion Track and document all client interactions in an organized manner Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless client experience Contribute to revenue growth and sales performance targets

Requirements 1–3 years of experience in sales, business development, or service-based consulting Strong communication and client engagement skills Comfortable handling calls, follow-ups, and performance targets Able to articulate value propositions clearly and confidently Highly organized, accountable, and proactive Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Experience in beauty, fashion, lifestyle, education, or consulting industries is a plus
