Now we're looking to expand into the Indonesian market.

Your Role As our English Trainer, you’ll focus on:

Employee Training:

Teach English to our internal team with beginner - intermediate proficiency.

Presentation Skills Coaching:

Help employees improve presentation structure, storytelling, clarity, and confidence when presenting their work.

Technical-to-Clear Communication:

Support developers, designers, and UI/UX teams in translating technical and creative terminology into clear, understandable language for non‑technical team members and clients.

Business Communication:

Train employees in professional communication including meetings and discussions.

Practical Learning:

Design real‑work based exercises using actual project scenarios and internal presentations.

Class Facilitation:

Conduct onsite private sessions and small group sessions at our Bali office.

Support Copy‑Writers:

Work alongside our copy‑writers to improve blog articles, website copies and social media posts.

Your Profile We’re looking for an English Trainer who combines language expertise, presentation coaching skills with copy‑writing:

Teaching & Communication Skills

Minimum 5 years experience teaching adults or corporate learners.

Proven strong experience teaching Business English and presentation skills.

Bachelor’s degree in Education, English, Communication, Linguistics, or other relevant field.

Confident in copy‑writing and correcting written texts.

Industry & Practical Communication

Comfortable working with creative and technical teams (designers, developers, UI/UX).

Ability to simplify complex technical or design‑related language into clear, client‑friendly communication.

Teaching Approach

Interactive, workshop‑style teaching approach (role play, presentation practice, feedback sessions).

Able to customize materials based on company projects and real business use cases.

Patient, engaging, and motivating personality.

IELTS / TOEFL certification.
