Role Description ONLY FOR INDONESIAN/ LOCAL EDUCATORS. This is a full time on-site role based in Cemagi for a Lead Teacher. The Lead Teacher will be responsible for planning and implementing engaging lesson plans aligned with educational philosophies, fostering a positive learning environment, and guiding children in their early development. Responsibilities also include mentoring assistants, maintaining communication with families, and ensuring the safety and well-being of all children under your care.

Qualifications Proficiency in Lesson Planning and Curriculum Development Strong background in Education and Teaching Effective Communication and Collaboration skills Experience in Mentoring and Training Ability to create an engaging and nurturing learning environment Knowledge of the Reggio Emilia approach and/or nature-based learning is a plus Certification or degree in Early Childhood Education, Teaching, or a related field Ability to work independently while embracing teamwork
