Junior Researcher

Junior Researcher We’re looking for a Junior Researcher to join our Weed Management R&D team in Jambi Region.

Main Responsibilities

Carry out research focused on weed management.

Prepare detailed progress reports and summaries of research activities.

Oversee ongoing projects and address any challenges that arise.

Assist in creating SOPs, work instructions, and best-practice guidelines for weed control.

Requirements

Master’s degree (S2) in a relevant field preferred: Agronomy, Crop Science, Plant Physiology, or a closely related field, or Bachelor’s degree (S1) with at least 3 years of related experience.

Good communication skills in English (written and spoken).

Solid knowledge of weed management principles.

Strong coordination and communication skills for effective teamwork.

Willingness to be based in Jambi (remote area).
