Overview
The CEO Office at Seven Retail contributes to high-impact projects and provides a broad understanding of company operations, strategy, and cross-functional collaboration. You will support the executive team in decision-making, strategic planning, communication, and execution.
Responsibilities
Support senior management in managing strategic projects, ensuring follow-ups and timely execution.
Conduct market research, benchmarking, and competitor analysis to support strategic decision-making.
Prepare research reports and presentation decks for senior management updates.
Develop transaction documents to support bank loan applications and fundraising efforts.
Requirements
Bachelorโs degree in Finance, Business, or Management from reputable universities
1โ2 years of professional experience, preferably in consulting, operations, business strategy, and finance strategy
Adept at using MS Excel (pivot tables, index-match; VBA is a plus), PowerPoint, and Word
Good interpersonal and communication skills (English and Bahasa), with the ability to build relationships with different stakeholders
High attention to detail and a proactive attitude
