Product Support Specialist

Design and create

LAN/WAN network topology diagrams , including both active and passive system devices.

Prepare

Bill of Quantity (BOQ) , technical documents, and complete tender documentation.

Select materials and products with

competitive pricing

while maintaining quality standards.

Conduct

product presentations

to clients, consultants, contractors, and partners.

Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Telecommunications, IT, or related field.

Strong knowledge of networking systems (LAN/WAN), structured cabling, and security systems is preferred.

Experience in preparing BOQ and tender documents.

Good analytical and technical writing skills.

Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Able to work independently and in a team.
