What You’ll Own

Managing high-volume email and live chat conversations daily

Recommending products based on customer needs and increasing average order value

Handling returns, refunds, exchanges, and order modifications efficiently

Saving at-risk customers through proactive problem-solving

Maintaining accurate CRM records and tagging interactions properly

Meeting performance metrics such as response time, CSAT, and conversion rate

We’re Looking For Someone Who

Has at least 1 year of remote experience in e-commerce support or online sales

Writes clear, confident, and persuasive English

Is comfortable working inside Shopify, Zendesk, Gorgias, Freshdesk, or similar systems

Thrives in a fast-paced, metric-driven environment

Can manage multiple conversations without sacrificing quality

Takes ownership and doesn’t wait to be told what to do

Technical Requirements

Personal computer or laptop (minimum i5 processor or equivalent)

Stable internet connection (minimum 15 Mbps upload & download)

Quiet and distraction-free home workspace
