Operating modern manufacturing facilities in East Java, primarily around Mojokerto, Sidoarjo, and Surabaya, they produce roofing materials using disciplined, process-driven manufacturing systems and strict quality control principles, with a strong emphasis on operational excellence, product consistency, customer satisfaction, and long-term market reliability. Job Role The Production Head oversees daily production operations, ensuring output quality, efficiency, timeliness, and adherence to manufacturing standards. The role requires strong shop-floor leadership, technical understanding of production processes, the ability to supervise large teams, and disciplined operational control. Key Responsibilities Supervise daily production activities and ensure execution of production plans. Lead technical and shop-floor operations, maintaining productivity and process stability. Troubleshoot production issues and ensure timely resolution. Lead and manage operators, foremen, and shift teams, fostering a disciplined, process-driven culture. Provide coaching, guidance, and support to team members. Ensure compliance with quality standards, safety protocols, and operational regulations. Support continuous improvement and lean initiatives. Coordinate with maintenance, QA, warehouse, and planning teams for smooth operations. Report production performance and operational issues to department heads.

Candidate Requirements Education: S1 in Mechanical/Industrial Engineering or related fields; D3 with strong technical experience acceptable Experience: 5+ years in manufacturing production operations; supervising building materials production (steel, metal, plastic, packaging) Skills: Technical expertise, process understanding, team leadership, people-oriented, result-driven Personal Qualities: Disciplined, process-driven, high integrity, ownership mindset, hands-on, resilient Language: English proficiency for daily communication and technical understanding
