About the Role We're looking for a strategic and detail-oriented Social Media Manager to take ownership of our brand's digital presence across TikTok and Instagram. You'll be the sole person responsible for social media planning and strategy, working closely with our in-house video and graphic designers to bring content to life.

This is not a team leadership role and you won't have direct reports. However, you will have decision-making authority over creative output, providing direction and feedback to ensure every piece of content meets our quality standards and strategic objectives. You'll report directly to the Marketing Director, so fluency in English (written and verbal) is essential.

What You'll Do Develop and execute social media strategies focused on building brand awareness and supporting long-term sales growth Plan and manage content calendars across all platforms Define and maintain brand voice and visual direction that balances technological sophistication with home interior aesthetics Brief video and graphic designers on content requirements and objectives Review and approve all content before publishing, with particular attention to video quality Provide clear, actionable feedback on narrative structure Track performance metrics (engagement, reach, CTR) and translate findings into actionable recommendations Prepare monthly strategy reports for leadership Monitor competitors within the home appliance space to identify opportunities and emerging trends

Required More than 3 years of experience in social media management Fluent in English (written and verbal) Strong understanding of TikTok and Instagram, including social SEO best practices A sharp eye for video content. You understand the difference between content that looks good and content that drives results Experience briefing creative teams and providing constructive feedback

Nice to Have Background in home appliances, consumer electronics, or lifestyle brands Experience managing paid social campaigns Familiarity with working with influencers as on-screen talent (not just partnership management) Ability to speak Mandarin (preferred)
