Qualifications & Experience

at least a Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management and Psychology or equivalent.

Having 1 year experiences in related

Strong understanding of training and employee management practices.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively at all levels of the organization.

Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on driving results and continuous improvement.

Tasks & Responsibilities

Providing end-to-end HR support, including recruitment, onboarding, training, and employee relations.

Handling recruitment processes, from job posting, candidate screening, to interview coordination and hiring documentation.

Maintaining accurate employee records and ensuring compliance with relevant labour laws and regulations.

Coordinating employee benefits and leave administration.

Organising and facilitating HR-related events and activities.

Providing HR-related guidance and support to managers and employees.
