Lead EVM Engineer / AMM Developer

We’re building a next-generation EVM-based Automated Market Maker (AMM) and are looking for a deeply technical EVM Engineer to design and implement core logic from the ground up. This is not an integration role. This is core protocol engineering: execution layer mechanics, transaction ordering implications, MEV-aware design, and gas-optimized smart contract architecture. This is a fully remote role where you will collaborate with some of the top team members from Binance and Wintermute.

Your Rhythm: Architect and implement a capital-efficient EVM-native AMM Design pool mechanics (constant product, concentrated liquidity, dynamic curves, etc.) Write production-grade Solidity contracts with extreme focus on gas optimization Design and simulate liquidity math & pricing curves Analyze transaction ordering, MEV vectors, and block-building dynamics Work closely with researchers on protocol-level improvements Conduct security reviews and contribute to audit readiness Optimize for mainnet execution constraints and adversarial environments

Your Vibe: Deep understanding of EVM architecture - Opcode-level understanding, Storage layout & memory model, Gas cost mechanics, Contract upgrade patterns Strong experience in Solidity (low-level patterns preferred) Experience building or contributing to DeFi protocols (AMMs strongly preferred) Strong knowledge of block building & MEV dynamics: Transaction ordering games, Mempool mechanics, PBS concepts, MEV mitigation strategies Understanding of validator / builder ecosystem and how it impacts DEX design
