About the Role Tzu Chi School PIK, Jakarta is seeking an experienced IB DP Business/Economics Teacher to join our dynamic team on campus. This is a full‑time role that will involve teaching the International Baccalaureate Diploma Programme (IB DP) curriculum in Business and Economics.

Job Description

Delivering high‑quality, engaging lessons to IB DP students in Business and Economics subjects

Developing and implementing effective teaching strategies to ensure student learning and achievement

Assessing student progress and providing timely feedback to support their development

Collaborating with colleagues to continuously improve the curriculum and teaching practices

Participating in extracurricular activities and events to enrich the student experience

Adhering to the IB DP standards and school policies to maintain academic excellence

Qualifications

Minimum 3 years of experience teaching IB DP Business and/or Economics

Strong knowledge of the IB DP curriculum and assessment requirements

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with students, parents, and colleagues

Ability to adapt teaching methods to cater to diverse learning styles and needs

Commitment to professional development and staying up‑to‑date with educational trends

Fluency in English, both written and verbal
