Warehouse Manager

Job Responsibilities： Job Responsibilities： ① Manage and oversee end-to-end warehouse operations, including inbound receiving, storage, picking, packing, outbound shipping, and customer service coordination, ensuring operational efficiency, accuracy, and service level targets are met. ② Develop, monitor, and analyze warehouse KPIs and operational reports, including productivity, inventory accuracy, order fulfillment performance, and cost control; drive data-based decision-making and continuous improvement. ③ Lead and optimize warehouse management systems (e.g., WMS, TMS, OMS), ensuring data integrity, system efficiency, exception handling, and continuous system improvement in collaboration with IT and external vendors. ④Manage warehouse staffing and performance, including workforce planning, task allocation, training, performance evaluation, and team development to build a high-performing operations team. ⑤ Ensure inventory accuracy and control, oversee cycle counts and audits, analyze variances, and implement corrective actions to minimize inventory discrepancies. ⑥ Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards, implement safety programs, conduct risk assessments, and drive continuous improvement in workplace safety and operational compliance. Requirements： ①With 3–6 years of hands-on frontline warehouse operations experience at Maersk, DHL, CJ, and DB Schenker ② Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and other office software. ③Ability to work in a fast-paced operational support environment. ④Language skills: Proficiency in Indonesian and English is required; Workplace: Tangerang, Jakarta
