We’re Hiring: Client Relations & Account Manager at Blüm
Blüm is an ABA data-taking application designed to support therapy centers and practitioners in delivering quality services. We are looking for a proactive and confident individual to manage client acquisition, onboarding, and relationship management.
What You’ll Do
•
Contact and follow up with prospects who show interest in Blüm
•
Conduct product demos and understand client needs
•
Set up free trial accounts and guide clients through onboarding
•
Deliver initial training sessions (1–4 sessions) and create step-by-step training videos when needed
•
Prepare proposals and cooperation agreements
•
Follow up and maintain relationships with existing client companies
•
Identify client needs and concerns and coordinate solutions with the Blüm team
•
Represent Blüm at conferences and manage booth activities
•
Coordinate sending of hampers or merchandise for national and international clients
What We’re Looking For
•
Strong communication and presentation skills in both Bahasa Indonesia and English
•
Confident in conducting demos and trainings
•
Detail-oriented in handling proposals and documentation
•
Proactive, solution-driven, and relationship-focused
•
Experience in marketing, sales, SaaS, or client relations is a plus
