PT. Ega Tekelindo Prima is ISO-9001 certified by LMK and has KAN accreditation. Due to the business expansion and rapid growth of the company, we are seeking highly qualified candidates for the following position. Consumer Electronics Manufacturing 101-1,000 employees.

Responsibilities

Develop new products by creating the development schedule, documents, design/architecture documents, technical specifications, test cases and prototypes in line with quality systems.

Project management of new products to achieve schedule and material cost targets.

Develop existing products by analyzing and identifying points for improvement.

Develop innovative ideas and implement them for manufacturing processes.

Understand, analyze and fix customer cases related to existing releases.

Evaluate all materials for new products to obtain the best specifications and price to meet quality and material cost targets.

Manage and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously by organizing own time and team resources to ensure activities are completed as per project schedules and each project meets the agreed deadline.

Provide training on the technical specification and assembly process of the new products.

Analyze and identify all problems occurring during product development and improve design and specification.

Submit all certificates and testing to ensure compliance of the products with regulatory policies and requirements.

Perform other qualified duties as required.

Qualifications

Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering (Manufacturing) or Electrical Engineering (Power System/Electronics) from a reputable university with a minimum GPA of 3.0. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

Familiar with international & national standards (IEC, IEEE, ISO, DIN, PUIL, SPLN, SNI).

Knowledge of electrical systems, preferably switchgear system including enclosure construction, engineering drawings, manufacturing processes and electrical parts or components.

Experience in 20kV electrical distribution.
