Responsibilities Develop and implement innovative marketing technology solutions to enhance the customer experience and drive business growth within the Consumer Banking Group Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, IT, and business stakeholders, to identify and address technology-related challenges Analyze data and insights to optimize the performance of marketing technology platforms and campaigns Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in marketing technology and digital marketing Provide technical expertise and support to the marketing team, ensuring seamless integration and implementation of marketing technology solutions Continuously explore and evaluate new marketing technology tools and platforms to enhance the bank's digital capabilities

Requirements Have experience in a marketing technology or digital marketing role Strong technical skills and understanding of marketing technology platforms, including CRM, marketing automation, and analytics tools Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights Proven track record of delivering successful marketing technology projects and initiatives Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally Adaptability and willingness to learn new technologies and stay up-to-date with industry trends
