About The Team
Demand growth requires dedicated ownership to drive sustainable order and GMV growth while protecting unit economics. This role will focus on user preferences, behavior, and demand optimization to ensure growth initiatives are targeted, efficient, and ROI-driven.
Impact: faster and more effective demand growth execution, better use of user preference data to improve conversion, frequency, and basket size, improved promo efficiency and healthier unit economics, clear ownership of demand KPIs and experimentation
Role overview: own demand side growth across acquisition, retention, and frequency by designing and executing data-driven campaigns and experiments based on user preferences, in close collaboration with cross-functional teams.
Job Description
Drive demand growth: new users, reactivation, order frequency, and basket size.
Plan and execute growth campaigns (promos, vouchers, etc)
Analyze user behavior and campaign performance to identify growth opportunities.
Develop and run end to end experiments (A/B tests) to identify the most growth strategy
Proactively initiate and execute ideas through collaborating with marketing, product, ops, and third parties to reach team KR and goals
Track key demand KPIs and prepare performance insights.
Requirements
2–5 years experience in growth, analytics, strategy, budget management, cost analysis, or performance marketing.
Strong analytical skills; fluent in Excel / Google Sheets, and have a fundamental knowledge in SQL is a plus.
Experience running growth initiatives or experiments.
Solid understanding of unit economics and ROI driven growth.
Proactive, data driven, and able to work cross functionally.
Experience in food delivery, e-commerce, or marketplace is a plus.
