In this remote role, you will apply your real-world sales expertise to support AI training initiatives, helping intelligent systems better understand service-based sales strategies, workflows, and customer interactions. Key Responsibilities Provide subject matter expertise on service-based sales processes and client acquisition strategies Collaborate with AI trainers and technical teams to develop and validate realistic sales scenarios Review and evaluate AI-generated sales content for accuracy, clarity, and industry alignment Deliver structured written feedback to improve AI understanding of customer engagement and objection handling Share insights on prospecting, pipeline management, relationship building, and closing strategies Contribute to refining AI training materials based on evolving market trends and customer expectations Maintain high standards of professionalism and communication in all project contributions

Required Skills and Qualifications Proven experience selling services in industries other than advertising, insurance, financial services, and travel Strong written and verbal communication skills Ability to analyze sales scenarios and provide clear, actionable feedback Comfortable working in remote, technology-enabled environments Strong collaboration skills and ability to work cross-functionally Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities Adaptability in fast-paced or evolving project settings
