Progress Advisor

Progress Advisor is responsible for students and customer’s learning experience at English 1 Centers. They need to maintain close contact with classroom teachers & customers/parents in order to facilitate communication regarding the student’s learning progress, and contribute to school sales targets by promoting better student retention.

Roles and Responsibility :

Conduct Parents Communication Events (Course Orientation, Parent-Teacher Conference, Progress Update and Achievement Ceremony)

Observe class to know the students ability and discuss the feedback with teacher

Check for students absent and contact parents.

Communicate among course teachers, parents and kids to track the teaching quality and study results, keep solid relationships with all customers

Manage students include processing payment, retention sales and customer satisfaction

Complain handling

Consistently informing customers about all important information and changes

Work with Course Consultant to ensure customers get good study experience. Develop good relationship with customers and get referrals

Requirement:

University graduate/Diploma/Bachelor degree in any field

Able to work well in a team as well as independently

Able to multi-task and work under pressure

Good planning and organizing ability, work flexible and able to deal with uncertainties

Have a passion for sales and service, target and result oriented

Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English

Willing to work with a shift system

Preferably domiciled in Yogyakarta
