Requirements Minimum 5–7 years of experience in Engineering, with at least 2 years in managerial role (preferably in hotels or hospitality). Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, or Civil) or related field. Excellent communication, leadership, and team-management skills. Willing to work flexible hours, including emergency call-outs. Proactive and solution-driven mindset. Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, plumbing (MEP), HVAC systems, and general building maintenance. Good understanding of hotel operations and emergency procedures (fire safety, crisis management).
