Job Description

Responsibilities As a Customer Success team member, you will support daily operations and ensure smooth coordination between drivers, warehouse, and internal teams. Your responsibilities include: Support and streamline daily operations and commercial data. Coordinate with cross-functional teams to support service quality and operational KPIs. Manage and maintain internal unit and driver data. Recap daily, weekly, and monthly driver attendance. Assist drivers with warehouse registration. Monitor daily shipment processes. Document loading and unloading activities. Handle document filing and administration. Raise operational issues to the Operations and Demand teams when needed. Coordinate with Finance regarding monthly driver attendance data. Ensure shipment quality and driver attendance accuracy.

Requirements Minimum 3 months of experience in Customer Service, Operations, or Control Tower. Familiar with daily operational and administrative tasks. Detail-oriented and well-organized. Good communication and coordination skills. Able to work with multiple stakeholders. Comfortable working with data and documentation.
