Business Development — HAGO Indonesia

Job Responsibilities: 1. Resource Development: Responsible for acquiring high-quality guilds (agencies) in Indonesia and Southeast Asia, expanding the platform's partnership network for voice chat rooms. 2. Partnership Management: Independently lead communication, negotiation, and collaboration with guilds; establish and maintain long-term, stable partnerships. 3. Market Insights: Analyse industry trends in the Indonesian social and voice chat sectors, identify potential business opportunities, and provide strategic support for business growth. 4. Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams (Operations, Product, etc.) to ensure efficient project execution and achieve cooperation goals. 5. Data-Driven Optimization: Regularly review business data and adjust cooperation strategies based on performance metrics to improve the quality and retention of guilds. Job Requirements: 1. Industry Knowledge: Familiar with the voice chat, live streaming, or social product ecosystem. Experience with guilds/agencies is preferred (e.g., having worked for a voice chat platform, live streaming guild, or MCN agency). 2. Work Experience: 2+ years of experience in BD, channel development, or sales. Candidates with proven success in signing major guilds or key partnerships are preferred. 3. Core Competencies: Excellent communication, coordination, and negotiation skills, with the ability to independently handle complex business scenarios and drive collaboration. 4. Language Skills: Proficient in English (able to use as a working language to communicate with HQ). Proficiency in Chinese is a plus. Preferred Qualifications: • Possess existing resources with local Indonesian guilds, streamers, or media channels. • Cross-cultural work experience or overseas background, with a strong understanding of Indonesian local culture
