Marketing Lead (FASHION)

We are looking for a hands‑on Marketing Lead to ensure all marketing activities (campaigns, promotions, content, KOL collaborations, and digital initiatives) are executed in an organized, timely, and brand‑aligned manner.

This role will act as the main coordinator of the marketing team and ensure smooth day‑to‑day execution across all platforms.

Key Responsibilities Develop and manage monthly campaign & promotion calendar (online & offline)

Ensure all campaigns and promotions are prepared on time

Oversee marketing materials, promo codes, and execution across stores & e‑commerce

Manage content planning and supervise photoshoots & social media execution (Instagram, TikTok, marketplace)

Review content before publishing to ensure brand consistency

Coordinate KOL collaborations and ensure deliverables meet deadlines

Work closely with creative, e‑commerce, and digital ads teams to prepare marketing materials

Monitor campaign and content performance

Prepare weekly marketing updates and simple monthly performance recap

Coordinate daily with marketing team members to ensure smooth workflow

Qualifications Minimum

3–5 years of experience

in Marketing, preferably in fashion, retail, or lifestyle brands Proven experience in campaign execution and content coordination

Strong organizational and time management skills

Detail‑oriented and deadline‑driven

Strong understanding of marketing fundamentals and promotion mechanics

Good understanding of branding principles and maintaining brand consistency
