Finance Business Partner Asst Manager

Responsibilities

Partner closely with the Commercial / Modern Trade team to provide financial insights that drive strategic business decisions and profitability.

Analyze sales performance, trade spend, pricing, and promotion efficiency to support commercial planning and execution.

Prepare and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial plans in collaboration with sales and marketing teams.

Ensure accuracy and integrity of financial data, reports, and analysis related to the Modern Trade channel.

Deliver regular performance reviews and variance analysis to identify business risks and opportunities.

Support commercial teams in evaluating new business initiatives, trade terms, and investment returns (ROI).

Collaborate cross-functionally with Supply Chain, Sales, and Finance HQ to ensure alignment of commercial and financial objectives.

Identify and implement process improvements to enhance financial reporting, control, and analysis efficiency.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics

Minimum 4 years of experience in a finance or commercial finance role, preferably within FMCG or consumer goods industries.

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and business partnering skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial reporting tools.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.

Solid understanding of Modern Trade operations, trade spend, and promotional budgeting.

Highly detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work both independently and collaboratively.
