Retail Supervisor - Benefit Cosmetics

L Beauty is a joint venture between LVMH Fragrances & Cosmetics and LUXASIA, responsible for distribution and business development of select beauty brands in Southeast Asia.

RETAIL SUPERVISOR BENEFIT COSMETICS JOB SUMMARY The Retail Supervisor oversees daily store operations, ensures sales targets are achieved, maintains service standards, and trains Beauty Advisors in product knowledge, brow waxing services, and in‑store service delivery.

JOB DESCRIPTION STORE OPERATIONS

Ensure the store is ready for operation (proper display, sufficient stock, cleanliness maintained).

Conduct daily checklists and ensure all SOPs are implemented.

Arrange work schedules for staff (shifts, leave, overtime).

SALES & TARGETS

Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly store sales performance.

Drive the team to achieve or exceed sales targets.

LEADERSHIP & PEOPLE DEVELOPMENT

Supervise, guide, and motivate Beauty Advisor.

Provide product, brow waxing service, and SOP training to Beauty Advisor.

Conduct performance evaluations, including coaching & counseling.

REPORTING & ADMINISTRATION

Prepare daily/weekly/monthly sales reports.

Report operational issues to the Head Office.

Ensure all requirements supporting sales and service are available.

QUALIFICATIONS

Minimum education: High School/Vocational School; Diploma/Bachelor’s Degree preferred.

Preferably 3 years' experience as Area/ Retail Supervisor.

Sales-driven, analytical mindset, able to work in fast retail pace.

Competent at make-up application.

Confident in teaching and overseeing brow waxing service standards.

Strong leadership, communication, and problem‑solving skills.

Beauty Therapy qualification or an understanding of the Beauty Services Industry with a commitment to embrace, learn and perfect the Benefit waxing technique.

Willing to travel frequently for store visits.

Flexibility regarding work hours; ability to work in shifts (if need be), weekends, and some holidays.

Proficient in Microsoft Office and POS Systems.
