IDR 20,000,000 (Take Home Pay) Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced IT Business Analyst with a strong background in the life insurance industry to join our dynamic team in Jakarta. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in bridging the gap between business needs and IT solutions, with a focus on our core life insurance systems. Expertise in Life400/LifeAsia is a must-have. Responsibilities: Elicit, analyze, and document business requirements for IT projects related to life insurance processes. Create detailed Business Requirement Documents (BRD) and Functional Specifications. Collaborate with stakeholders across departments to understand their needs and translate them into actionable requirements. Conduct gap analysis and identify areas for improvement in existing systems and processes. Work closely with developers and testers throughout the software development lifecycle (SDLC) to ensure requirements are understood and implemented correctly. Perform user acceptance testing (UAT) to validate that the delivered solution meets business requirements. Provide support to end-users and assist with training on new systems and processes. Contribute to the continuous improvement of business analysis methodologies and best practices. Manage project timelines and deliverables related to business analysis activities. Specifically, work within the Life400/LifeAsia system, including product setup and configuration. Utilize SQL (DML commands) for data analysis and reporting. Qualifications: Minimum Bachelor's degree in IT, Engineering, Science, or a related field. 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably within the life insurance industry. Skills and Experience: Strong understanding of basic life insurance business rules and processes. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Solid knowledge of SDLC methodologies and experience implementing the full software development lifecycle. Experience handling applications (front-end, integration, or core applications) related to insurance processes. Must have experience with Life400/LifeAsia insurance systems, including product setup and configuration. Proven ability to gather requirements and create comprehensive BRDs and Functional Specifications. Excellent time-management skills. Proficiency in SQL (DML commands).
