Job Description

HR Training Manager – SANY HEAVY INDUSTRY INDONESIA Location: Kemayoran, Jakarta

Department: Human Resources

Report to: HRD Leader (Indonesia Region)

Key Responsibilities 1. Training & Development System

Build and implement annual training plan aligned with business strategy.

Develop localized talent development frameworks: onboarding, technical training, supervisor development, leadership and cross-cultural programs.

Design competency models, learning paths and course maps.

2. Training Program Management

Plan, organize and execute various training programs (technical, leadership, soft skills, compliance).

Coordinate with HQ China and regional teams for joint learning initiatives.

Manage internal/external trainers and ensure high-quality training delivery.

3. Course Delivery, Evaluation & Team Building

Prepare training modules and act as trainer for selected courses.

Lead

team building workshops , offsite programs, and activities to strengthen collaboration between Chinese and Indonesian teams.

Evaluate training effectiveness and support behavioral implementation in the workplace.

4. Local HR Capability Building

Support compliance training: employee handbook, HSE, anti-fraud, code of conduct.

Empower local HR and business supervisors to enhance management and coaching capability.

Support talent review, succession planning and key talent development.

5. Training Operations

Maintain LMS, employee learning records and training dashboards.

Manage vendor sourcing, negotiation and evaluation.

Prepare monthly/annual training KPIs and reports.

Requirements Education

Bachelor’s degree in HRM, Education, Psychology, Business or related majors.

Experience

Minimum 5 years in Training & Development, OD or HRBP roles.

Experience in multinational or Chinese companies is an advantage.

Background in manufacturing, heavy equipment, automotive or engineering industries preferred.

Skills

Strong skills in

training design, facilitation, and team building activities .

Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.

Fluent in

English ; Mandarin proficiency is a strong advantage.

Good understanding of Indonesia’s labor regulations.

Strong project management, problem solving and cross-cultural communication.

Other Requirements

Strong ownership, teamwork spirit, and passion for talent development.

Able to work under pressure and willing to travel when required.
