HR Supervisor

Responsibilities Manage and execute employee recruitment, training, development, and assessment processes.

Manage and carry out administration of contracts, documentations, and letters involving employees.

Prepare job descriptions, supervise the implementation of SOPs, and monitor and maintain employee discipline, welfare, and performance.

Carry out the support function in solving internal problems of fellow employees.

Create and compile employee performance reports.

Arrange the schedule for internal meetings and prepare minutes of meetings.

Ensure maintenance of company assets and document renewal.

Support project administration through the provision of complete company documents.

Qualifications & Requirements Minimum education of Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Management/Psychology/other related fields.

Have at least 3 years of work experience in the HR field.

Master interview and counseling techniques and have an understanding of organizational behavior.

Possess a good leadership, initiative, problem‑solving skills, effective interpersonal communication, and strong analytical and planning skills.

Have a firm character, social skills, high integrity, perseverance, and high motivation to continue learning.

Able to work together in a team and coordinate with all internal parts of the company.
