What you'll do

Lead user growth operations across the SEA region, focusing on acquiring new users, increasing active users, and improving retention. Develop and execute marketing strategies to drive growth in new users, active users, and trading volume through branding initiatives, communications, KOL partnerships, user acquisition programs, and campaigns. Take ownership of end-to-end planning, execution, and performance tracking. Leverage user data analysis to optimize segmentation, refine user tagging systems, implement hierarchical user management, and conduct targeted lifecycle operations across the entire user journey. Drive user acquisition through diversified channels, including paid media, affiliate programs, strategic partnerships, and community-led initiatives. Work closely with global and regional stakeholders to strengthen brand presence by developing aligned, localized narratives and ensuring consistent messaging across owned and paid channels, as well as educational funnels. Partner with the Regional Operations team to maintain cohesive branding throughout the full user lifecycle — from onboarding and activation to retention and loyalty. Establish and cultivate partnerships with key stakeholders across Traditional Finance (TradFi) and Web2 sectors to support product go-to-market expansion. Identify and secure strategic opportunities at industry events, conferences, and executive roundtables to enhance regional brand equity and credibility. Monitor performance against defined KPIs and continuously optimize initiatives to drive both measurable growth and long-term brand impact.

What you'll need

At least 4+ years of experience in financial services, asset management, banking, or fintech, with experience translating traditional finance concepts into simple, engaging branding. Strong knowledge of retail and institutional trading/investing behavior in SEA. Strategic thinker with creative instincts. Able to balance numbers-driven growth with long-term brand positioning. Hands-on experience building a brand and/or product go-to-market. Ability to connect crypto-native products (spot, futures, staking) with TradFi use cases. Excellent communication skills
