Sales Furniture Staff

Overview We are seeking a talented and driven Sales Furniture Staff to join our team. As a Sales Furniture Staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and driving sales in our furniture retail store located in Karawang, West Java. Responsibilities

Providing friendly and knowledgeable assistance to customers, helping them find the perfect furniture pieces to suit their needs and preferences

Effectively showcasing our furniture collection, highlighting the unique features and benefits of each product

Achieving personal and team sales targets through excellent customer engagement and conversion

Maintaining a well-organised and visually appealing store environment to create a positive shopping experience

Collaborating with the store management team to implement merchandising and promotional strategies

Handling customer inquiries, orders, and any post-sales support in a timely and professional manner

Job Requirements

Min D3/S1 Any Major

Have work experience in the same position for at least 2 years

Previous experience in a retail sales or customer service role, preferably in the furniture industry

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers

Strong product knowledge and a passion for furniture and interior design

Ability to work as part of a team and contribute to a positive, customer-centric work environment

Proficiency in the local language(s) and a willingness to learn about our products and services

Flexible and adaptable to changing customer needs and market trends
