Review and draft company legal documents, and provide legal advice to management on areas with potential risks. Responsible for reviewing company contracts and conducting legal assessments of key decision‑making matters. Externally, participate in major contract negotiations, draft contract terms, provide legal advice, and mitigate legal risks. Internally, establish and improve corporate contract management systems to standardize contract administration. Guide the development of the company’s legal risk management framework. Lead initiatives to identify, analyze, evaluate, and control legal risks in critical areas, ensuring proactive risk prevention and mitigation. Accompany or represent the company in handling legal matters. Job Requirements

Bachelor’s degree or above, with a Bachelor of Law degree. Minimum 5 years of experience as a corporate legal counsel/in‑house counsel/in a law firm. Familiar with laws and regulations including but not limited to Company Law, Contract Law, and Mineral Resources Law. Proficient in both spoken and written English. Substantial experience in legal affairs and litigation. Strong risk awareness, communication skills, detail‑oriented, and high level of accuracy. Holds a valid PERADI license and a lawyer’s certificate.
