About the role We are seeking an experienced Tax Supervisor to join the team at PT. KOLANG CITRA ABADI, a cigarette manufacturer based in Sidoarjo, East Java. As a Tax Supervisor, you will play a key role in overseeing the company's tax compliance and reporting processes. This full‑time position offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic, fast‑paced environment and contribute to the strategic growth of the organisation.

What you’ll be doing

Ensure accurate and timely preparation and filing of all tax returns, including corporate income tax, value‑added tax, and other applicable taxes.

Conduct thorough tax planning and analysis to identify opportunities for tax optimisation and minimise the company's tax liabilities.

Advise management on tax‑related matters and the implications of business decisions.

Liaise with tax authorities and external auditors to manage tax audits and inquiries.

Develop and implement tax policies and procedures to ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.

Train and mentor junior tax staff to build a strong, knowledgeable team.

Stay up‑to‑date with changes in tax laws and regulations, and proactively communicate their impact to the organisation.

What we’re looking for

Minimum 5 years of experience in a tax supervisory or management role in a cigarette manufacturer.

Thorough understanding of Indonesian tax laws, regulations, and reporting requirements.

Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex tax information.

Excellent attention to detail and a keen eye for accuracy.

Proficient in the use of tax software and spreadsheet applications.

Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise with both internal and external stakeholders.

A degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field, with a relevant tax certification or qualification (e.g., CPA, CPAJ, or AAAJ).
