Job Description

Partner for credit stakeholders for Paylater and Cash Loan products, need to understand the product, customer, and market needs.

Collect, clean, and analyze data related to loan repayments, delinquency, and customer behavior.

Build dashboards and reports to monitor collections KPIs (e.g., delinquency rates, recovery performance, aging buckets).

Support campaign and experiment analysis, including A/B testing for collection strategies.

Collaborate with BI team members and business stakeholders to deliver data-driven insights that support operational and strategic decision‑making.

Provide ad‑hoc analysis for the Collections and Project teams.

Contribute to improving data processes, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and reliability of reporting.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.

2 years of professional experience in a data-related role (fresh graduates strongly encouraged to apply).

Proficiency in SQL and spreadsheets (Excel/Google Sheets); familiarity with BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar.

Proficiency in Python (for data analysis/modeling) is a strong plus.

Good communication skills, with the ability to explain insights clearly to non‑technical stakeholders.

Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with great attention to detail.
