Develop And Implement The Overall Talent Acquisition Strategy Aligned With Business Objectives. Collaborate With Senior Management To Understand Current And Future Workforce Trends. Oversee The End-to-end Recruitment Process From Job Requisition To Onboarding. Ensure Timely And Cost-effective Filling Of Open Positions, Whilst Maintaining High-quality Candidate Experience. Lead Efforts And Identify Top-tier Talent Through Various Channels Enhance Organization Employer Brand By Developing And And Implementing Strategies To Showcase Company Culture. Qualifications

Minimum of 5 years working experience in HR with strong exposure in Talent Acquisition Professional proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia and Mandarin Knowledge of end-to-end recruitment process
