What we're looking for We’re looking for a User Growth Manager to expand our user base across Indonesia. You’ll work closely with KOLs, influencers, and local communities to drive organic growth and engagement.

What you'll do * Monthly Performance KPIs (Strictly Target-Driven) February Target: Achieve and maintain a consistent $53,000 Average Daily Trading Volume (ADTV) specifically from Indonesia-based Meme coin pairs/activity. March Target: Scale the momentum to achieve $150,000 Average Daily Trading Volume (ADTV) from the Indonesian market.

*User Growth: MoM increase in \"New Trading Users\" (First-time Traders) and retention rate of high-value affiliates.

What you'll need Proven Track Record (Mandatory): Minimum 2-3 years of experience in Affiliate BD or Growth roles at a Crypto Exchange (CEX/DEX/TradingBot). Proven Performance: You must be able to demonstrate verifiable past success (e.g., \"Onboarded 50+ high-volume affiliates,\" \"Grew regional volume by X%\"). Deep Local Network: Existing relationships with top Indonesian crypto communities (e.g., Tomket Lovers, Airdrop Finder) and local Telegram/Discord Alpha groups. Meme Culture Native: Deep understanding of the Meme coin lifecycle, Solana/Base ecosystem, and the tools Indonesian traders use (e.g., Telegram Trading Bots). Analytical Mindset: Comfortable with data—you should know your ROI, CAC, and LTV numbers by heart. Language: Native fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and professional proficiency in English.
