Accounting Executive

PT Sefong Industries is opening a position as our Accounting Executive! In this role, you'll be the head of our accounting division and work on all accounting responsibilities of our manufacturing industry in Batam! What You’ll Be Doing

Prepare and maintain general ledger entries, journal vouchers, and account reconciliations

Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements

Ensure all financial transactions are properly recorded, filed, and reported

Collaborate with other departments to ensure accuracy and consistency in financial reporting

Conduct monthly and yearly inventory audits

Stay up to date with financial regulations and legislation

Capable of preparing full set of financial statements

Who We're Looking For

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field

Minimum 3-8 years of experience in tax and accounting

Strong understanding of financial reporting, familiar with tax & payroll regulations (BPJS & PPh21)

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and MYOB

Brevet A & B is a plus

Able to lead a team

Ability to communicate in Mandarin is an advantage

Able to work under pressure
